Wendela Raas

Wendela is the country managing partner of Dentons Boekel (formerly Boekel) in the Netherlands and a board member of Dentons Europe. She is recognized as a ‘leading individual’ in the Netherlands for all real estate matters. She focuses on commercial leases, real estate transactions and litigation. Wendela has acted for clients in some of the largest transactions in the Netherlands. She is also well known for multiple litigation matters that resulted in landmark cases before the Dutch Supreme Court. Her clients include leading institutional investors and project developers.
